Organization is leading Textile Industry located at Saijpur- Piplaj Road, Piplaj, Near Narol, Ahmedabad.
The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing office tasks, coordinating with various departments, and assisting in the efficient operation of the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Office Management:
• Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office facilities.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
• House Keeping:
• Responsible for Plant House Keeping
• Maintain Office House Keeping
• Peon Management & Maintain Pantry Stock.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Assist in data entry and management of company databases.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
