Job Description

• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Maintain and update office records and filing systems.
• Assist with data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
• Support management and staff with various administrative tasks.
• Coordinate office supplies and maintain an organized workspace
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Experience with office management software.
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and data entry.
• Customer service experience.
• Female candidates only preferrable for Admin job role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?240,000.00 per year
