Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Executive to support our administrative operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will provide vital support to various departments, ensuring smooth and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide administrative assistance to senior management, department heads, and other teams. Handle scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and office supplies. Organize and maintain all company documents, including manufacturing records, employee files, vendor agreements, safety protocols, and other essential documents. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Married female from Ambala or nearby Ambala preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per year
