We are Hiring an Admin Executive (M)Interview Mode: Face-to-FaceJob Locations: Delhi(South Ex.), Hyderabad, Bangalore, Vizag, Kurnool, Nellore, Kadapa & AnantapurExperience: 2+ YearSalary: Up to 3.6LPA + IncentivesIndustry: ClinicQualification: GraduateRoles & ResponsibilityIs Responsible for Opening and Closing of the Facility.Therapist Attendance.Updating the Day Process to the CCC Team.Working with the CCC Team.Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.Collecting the fees and reaching the parents regarding the fee.Creating the Invoices for the opening month and closing the same at the closing month.Make the walk-in convert into Admission.Greet and welcome Parents as soon as they arrive at the office.Direct visitors to the appropriate person at the Facility.Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/emailOrder front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.Keep the track of petty expenses provided at the facility.Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.Managing the Kids while therapists are busy with their sessions.Assuring the kid's safety while they are in the play area.Work StructureTimings are from 9:00 am - 7.00 pm.Second Saturday and Fourth Saturday - Holiday.Email your CV at hr (at) anddjobs (Dot) com or WhatsApp Helpline: 8800667623Andd Jobs | Free Job Helpline
