Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the office is organized, well-equipped, and functional.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management. Maintain the calendar for the executive team.
Communication:
Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Handle inquiries and direct them appropriately.
Document Management:
Maintain and organize files, records, and important documents (both physical and electronic). Ensure all documents are accessible and filed in a structured manner.
Procurement & Inventory:
Manage office supplies and equipment, including purchasing and inventory control. Liaise with vendors and service providers.
Reporting & Data Entry:
Assist in preparing reports, maintaining databases, and entering data accurately into company systems.
Support for Team & Visitors:
Provide administrative support to team members as required. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
Event & Meeting Coordination:
Organize company events, conferences, meetings, and team-building activities as needed.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Perform any other administrative tasks as required by the management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role (preferred).
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
