Responsibilities
Assist in daily administrative tasks, such as copying, filing, and scanning documents
Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Schedule and coordinate office events, including meetings, training sessions, and conferences
Perform general office duties, such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and organizing office space.
Maintain Office facilities as needed
Able to take notes during brainstorms and team meetings
Screens and directs incoming telephone calls, emails, and visitors and resolve routine and some complex inquiries.
Daily inspection of the office facilities and meeting rooms to ensure that all the equipment is in good working condition and contact vendors to rectify any issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications for admin executive
Prefer knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office technology tools especially in MS Excel.
The ideal candidate must have experience in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks, an interest and passion in learning contributing beyond the day to day administrative aspects of the role
