Area27 Pvt. Ltd. Is seeking a dynamic and organized Admin Executive person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong MS Office skills, excellent writing abilities, and proficiency in email correspondence. As an Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and efficient communication within the company.
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence: emails, letters, and packages.
• Create and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office Suite and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Draft and edit internal memos, reports, and other business documents.
• Manage and organize electronic and physical files for an efficient filing system.
• Handle phone calls and convey important messages on time, every time.
• Maintain confidentiality with crucial data of the organization.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Providing support to the HR team in recruitment and onboarding, and managing employee relations.
• Working with other departments to streamline processes and support managers.
• Should be able to maintain calendars for multiple executives in the organization.
• Coordinate with other Executive Assistants (EAs) when scheduling meetings.
• Preparing Meeting Minutes.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assign.
Skills and Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree with diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
• Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document creation and data entry.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
