Job Description

Responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling administrative tasks, coordinating office logistics, and supporting the team with documentation and customer inquiries related to power backup systems

• Strong Communication (Verbal & Written) - for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Time Management - effectively managing administrative tasks and reception duties.
• Multitasking - handling front desk responsibilities while coordinating office activities.
• Customer Service - addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to power backup products and services.
• Attention to Detail - managing documents, schedules, and inventory with accuracy.
• Basic Technical Knowledge - familiarity with power backup systems and terminology.
• Proficiency in MS Office - for documentation, data entry, and communication.
• Problem-Solving - addressing routine office issues and customer inquiries.
• Organization Skills - maintaining records, office supplies, and schedules efficiently.
• Team Collaboration - working with various departments for smooth office operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
