Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.Candidates with career gaps are not welcome.Responsibilities:Handle front desk operations, including attending calls and directing inquiries.Guide customers through the KYC documentation process, ensuring compliance with regulations.Verify and maintain accurate records of customer documents.Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth verification process.Maintain a professional and presentable front office environment.Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 Years experience in Admin or KYC documentation( Banking/ Financial Sector)
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi language
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Strong ability to interact with high-profile clients politely and efficiently.
