Position: Admin cum Front Office Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin cum Front office executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role is vital to maintaining smooth office operations and providing a welcoming experience for visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reception Management:
• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Excel & Documentation:
• Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets with accuracy.
• Generate and analyze basic reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure proper documentation and organization of files and records.
• Office Coordination:
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
• Support the HR and Operations team with day-to-day tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Admin or Receptionist role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., data entry, formulas).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role .
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
