An Admin Cum Front Office Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of a company, ensuring that business processes run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. This role involves managing staff, optimizing operational workflows, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the organization's goals are met.

1. Administrative Management:
• Oversee and manage all administrative functions, including office supplies, facility management, and staff support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all departments.
• Maintain records, including HR documents, legal paperwork, and internal policies.
• Implement and improve administrative systems, such as filing, invoicing, and data entry procedures.
2. Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and company policies.
• Manage operational risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
• Oversee safety and security protocols to protect employees and company assets.
• Ensure that all required licenses and permits for operational activities are up-to-date.
