  • As a Back Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative
  • and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the back-office operations. Your role
  • involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining
  • efficient communication channels within the organization.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Administrative Support:
  • \xef\x82\xb7 Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and
  • documentation.
  • \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare and distribute internal communications, including memos, emails, and
  • reports.
  • 2. Coordination:
  • \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth workflow and
  • information exchange.

  • 3. Data Management:
  • \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and
  • confidentiality.
  • \xef\x82\xb7 Assist in data analysis and report generation to support decision-making processes.
  • \xef\x82\xb7 Organize and archive documents and files in both electronic and physical formats.
  • 4. Communication:
  • \xef\x82\xb7 Serve as a point of contact for internal queries and requests, directing them to the
  • appropriate personnel.
  • \xef\x82\xb7 Facilitate communication between departments and individuals to resolve issues
  • and ensure alignment on tasks.

  • \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in relevant field.

  • environment.
  • \xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management
  • software.
  • \xef\x82\xb7 Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
  • \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • \xef\x82\xb7 Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: 18,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Benefits:
