Key Responsibilities:



Accounting Duties: Prepare invoices, vouchers. Prepare financial reports and assist in audits. Handle petty cash and maintain cash flow records. Raising request for payments of vendors to the head office periodically. Administrative Duties: Handle office documentation, filing, and correspondence. Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments. Support HR functions, including attendance tracking and employee records management. Assist in day-to-day operational tasks and ensure office efficiency.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar Admin cum Accountant role. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
