Key Responsibilities:
• General Office Support:
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
• Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper.
• Communication:
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees.
• Handle internal and external correspondence, ensuring prompt responses.
• Assist in the communication between departments to facilitate workflow.
• Office Management:
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Ensure office equipment (printers, phones, etc.) is in working order.
• Assist with organizing office events or meetings, including logistics and preparations.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping:
• Input data into databases, maintain records, and ensure information is up to date.
• Maintain confidential files and sensitive documents as needed.
• Billing & Bookkeeping Assistance (if applicable):
• Assist with processing invoices and expenses.
• Help manage basic accounting tasks such as tracking payments and receipts.
• Assistance with Special Projects:
• Assist management with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required.
• Coordinate tasks and activities to ensure timely completion of projects.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
