As an admin executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities : - Receive, sort and coordinate incoming calls / mail / courier. - Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office, bank and other work as required. - Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, meetings or events for the upper management and staff. - Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced. - Assist in managing office supplies and inventory. - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. - Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. - Manage reception and provide general support to the visitors. - Assist in planning and arranging events including organizing catering. - Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned. - Assist the HR Department - Assist the CRM Department Skills: - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS power point) internet and email. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. - Attention to detail and accuracy.
