  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing client calls and inquiries.

  • Conduct team meetings, manage reports, and track progress on targets.
  • Maintain records and documentation, ensuring data is up-to-date.
  • Support client relationship management, addressing inquiries and maintaining client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE) and an MBA.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in administrative, CRM, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
