Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive Admin Coordinator to support our digital marketing agency's operations and team.

Responsibilities :

• Manage schedules, meetings, and communications.
• Organize records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist with client presentations and proposals.
• Support HR tasks and team coordination.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and workflows.

Qualifications :

• Experience in administrative roles (agency experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.
