Job Description

:

Computer Knowledge- Should be well versed in computer knowledge, Should be able to perform the day to day functions of issuing Quotations, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Sale Orders, Other routine Documentation & E-mail communication Skills.

Good hold over Microsoft Office suite such as word & excel.

Leadership Qualities-Communicating and Managing team work and good capability to meet the work deadlines and dynamic schedules.

Coordinating on site & off site work management amongst the employees.

Ability to maintain confidentiality & decorum of the company.

Reporting day to day work to head office in proper format and maintaining accuracy.

Qualification : Minimum Graduate from any Stream

Females Preferable

A workable knowledge of written English language

Experience : Minimum 2 Years.
