Job Title : Admin & Compliance Officer

Location: Remote Job (Maharashtra)

Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team in the NDIS sector. The Compliance Officer will collaborate closely with our overseas team based in Australia to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies. Key responsibilities include developing essential compliance documents such as risk assessments, behavior support plans, and support plans, as well as conducting compliance audits for existing clients. The role also involves administrative duties to support compliance activities. For the role, complete training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the overseas team in Australia to develop and maintain compliance documents, including risk assessments, behavior support plans, and support plans.
• Conduct compliance audits for existing clients to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor and assess compliance with NDIS standards and guidelines.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and corrective actions.
• Perform additional administrative tasks to support compliance efforts as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Compliance, Business Administration) or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Experience in compliance roles within the healthcare, disability services, or related sectors is highly preferred .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Certification in Regulatory Affairs or equivalent is highly preferred .

Requirements:

• Availability to work 7am to 4pm IST
• Flexible working on public holidays
• Qualification or relevant experience in medical, health, psychology, mental health or equivalent highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
