Job Description

• Supports daily operations by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
• Key tasks include data entry, coordinating meetings, assisting with reports, and providing general administrative support to ensure efficiency in the office.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Assist in the preparation of meetings, including logistics and materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?9,000.00 per month
