Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
2. Track and report recurring customer issues to suggest improvements.
3. Provide accurate information to customers during calls.
4. Maintain call logs and report on call outcomes.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
4. Proficiency in using computers and common software.
