We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support office operations. Key responsibilities include managing Excel sheets, maintaining office assets, updating the daybook, and handling outdoor office-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Excel Sheet Management: Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Daybook Maintenance: Record daily activities, appointments, and important events in the office daybook.
• Office Asset Management: Track and maintain office supplies and equipment; reorder and manage inventory.
• Outdoor Tasks: Perform office-related errands (e.g., deliveries, postal services, and supply pickups).
• General Support: Provide administrative assistance with filing, scheduling, and communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Capable of handling both in-office and outdoor tasks as needed.
