Role: Admin Assistant
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
Must have knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel & Self-Correspondence thoroughly.
Preparation of Vendor Registration online & offline
Preparation of Compliance Documents for Clients
Preparation of Project Closure Documents for Clients
Knowledge of Uploading Invoices on Clients' Portal & regular check of same for clearance.
Attending queries raised by Clients
Maintain Statutory & Clients Documents in appropriate filing system.
Maintain confidentiality with crucial data of the organization.
Coordination within all the departments to Complete the work.
