Role & Responsibilities:
Ensures smooth coordination with vendors.
Maintains office inventory by checking stock timely to determine inventory level.
To keep track of every administrative record of the office.
Working on day-to-day administration.
Keeping close watch on facility cleanliness and getting work done from house-keeping personnel.
Making arrangement for disposal of any bags / baggage, keeping place tidy.
Process bills related to , security, electricity, office spaces, telephone bill, courier, organize events in coordination with concerned sections.
Ensure repair and maintenance of office equipment, fittings & fixtures, appliances etc.
Timely checking the status of available fire extinguishers in the office.
Keep a track on maintainence of AC, CCTV, Aqua Guard etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication every time.
Proficient in the use of computers and technology.
