Key Responsibilities:
• Handling walk-ins and enquiries
• Handling joining and exit formalities.
• Filing and record keeping.
• General office administration.
• Handling admission, documentation and filing.
• Handling of purchase and requirements.
• Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
• Fee collection and issuing Receipts
• Fees follow ups from students/ parents
• Maintaining Day Book, Ledger , Petty Cash Register
• Execute all petty cash payments as per laid out system and procedure.
Location: Cindrebay School of Design, Kannur
Qualifications:
• 1-2years experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation : ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month (Higher Bracket would be including variables, depending on current CTC and skill sets owned. Package Negotiable for deserving candidates)
