We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily operations. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth office functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain office files and records.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and calls professionally.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support other administrative and operational duties as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
• Experience in IT industry.
• Basic knowledge of MS office, Excel.
