Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative tasks, including managing schedules, documentation, and correspondence.
• Utilize MS Office tools for data entry, reporting, and creating presentations.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and provide effective solutions with a problem-solving mindset.
• Adapt quickly to organizational needs and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support the team in critical decision-making through research and data analysis.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• A background in hospitality is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work mid-shift (3 PM to 12 AM or 2 PM to 11 PM).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative role or in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
