Urgent Requirement:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Admin Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be a female professional with strong administrative skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves various responsibilities crucial to the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fees Collection: Manage and oversee the collection of fees from students, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Calling on Data: Reach out to prospective and current students to follow up on queries, provide information, and maintain communication records.
• Student Placement: Assist in the placement of students by coordinating with companies and arranging interviews.
• Company Tie-Ups: Establish and maintain partnerships with companies for student job placements, ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities.
• Exam and Certification Management: Raise and manage exam and certification requests through our portal, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Attendance Marking: Accurately mark and track attendance records for students and staff, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with administrative software.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Personality: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualities:
• Prior experience in an educational or placement-related role is advantageous.
• Knowledge of exam and certification processes is a plus.
