Admin Assistant - Construction
To coordinate with RERA documentations for all projects
Coordinate with the main consultant Architect
Completion of documentations for the concerned site, filling and keeping a master file for the same as well as soft copies
Coordinating with Banks for tie-ups, advocates/Notary for various legal documents
To attend clients for new House/ Flat/ Shop/ Office enquiries. Handle leads that come in and coordinate with our sales and site teams to close deals.
Ensure & explain customer for new purchase documents & complete legal formalities about registration.
Support customer for loan procedures, documentation requirements as per Bank Tie up.
Manage documentation with banks and other institutions related to client loans and other needs.
Coordinate with site supervisors/engineers to ensure any pending work from the customers' side is addressed.
Assist with procurement and coordination for material deliveries to the site, based on the details we provide.
Preparing Sale Deeds and other legal documents with co-ordination with the Advocate
