Job Description

Administrative Tasks:

Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases.

Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.

Maintain office supplies and assets.

Communication and Support:

Provide administrative support to senior staff members

Coordinate internal and external communications

Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Familiarity with Google Workspace.

Experience with database management software.

Knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, copier)

Qualifications:

0-3 year experience.

Diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
