Assistant Administrative Manager The Assistant Administrative Manager provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Administrative Manager and department/office. They handle a variety of complex administrative tasks and special projects to ensure efficient operations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative staff scheduling, workloads, and performance
Oversee office systems, procedures, equipment, and supply inventory
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and service contracts
Prepare reports, and other materials
Manage proper filing and organization of office records/documents
Coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and conferences
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required
3+ years of administrative support experience required
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, office equipment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. They must possess strong interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and external parties at all levels.
