To lead and manage the departments of Housekeeping, Security, Cafeteria, Laundry and other support staff with dedication and integrity, ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. Through effective leadership, teamwork, and adherence to regulatory standard, the mission is to create a supportive and conducive environment for hospital staff, patients, and visitors, ultimately contributing to the hospitals commitment to excellence in patient care and satisfaction.Outcomes
In your first year with us, you will achieve the following: * Efficient Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of housekeeping, security, cafeteria, laundry, and other support staff departments within the hospital.

  • Increase productivity metrics (e.g., housekeeping cleanliness schedule, security response time, cafeteria orders processed) by 15% within one year.
  • Decrease operational downtime by 20% within the first six months.
  • High Standards of Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and safety across all hospital areas managed by the mentioned departments, adhering to healthcare regulatory standards and protocols.
  • Achieve a cleanliness rating of 95% or above in hospital areas, as measured by regular audits and feedback surveys.
  • Maintain a safety incident rate below the industry average, with a target of zero serious incidents per quarter.
  • Team Performance and Development: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture among housekeeping, security, cafeteria, laundry, and support staff, promoting professional development and continuous improvement.
  • Monthly performance evaluations with all team members, aiming for an average rating increase of 10% within one year.
  • Monthly evaluation to be done for all vendors.
  • Implement at least two professional development initiatives per year, resulting in a 20% increase in employee satisfaction with training opportunities.
  • Cost Efficiency: Implement cost-effective measures and strategies to optimize resource utilization and minimize expenditure within the designated departments, without compromising quality or service standards.
  • Reduce departmental expenses by 10% while maintaining or improving service quality standards.
  • Daily security audit for efficient use of utilities to be monitored.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction among hospital staff, patients, and visitors through timely and effective service delivery, proactive problem-solving, and responsiveness to feedback.
  • Maintain both internal and external customer satisfaction score of 90% or above (Excellent rating being 95%), as measured by regular feedback surveys from hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
  • Resolve 90% of customer complaints within 24 hours of receipt, aiming for a resolution satisfaction rate of 95%.
