Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Data Entry: Input and manage data in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements with financial records.
• Expense Management: Track and process employee expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, managing staff, salaries,etc.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications related to finance and administration.
