Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Admin & Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our management team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operations in administration and accounts management, ensuring smooth functioning and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office administration tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and supplies management.
• Maintain records and perform daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll.
• Assist in financial reporting and reconciliation of accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Support the HR department with basic admin duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in administration and accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
