Job Description

• Administration:
• Oversee daily administrative operations and office management.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
• Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
• Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
• Accounts:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
• Maintain financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Assist in financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Conduct bill follow-ups to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Company Secretary:
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update company records, including board resolutions and minutes of meetings.
• Coordinate and attend board meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of annual reports and other statutory documents.
• Advise the board on governance best practices and legal obligations.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, Company Secretary qualification) is an advantage.
• Proven experience in administrative, accounting, and company secretarial roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and corporate governance.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
