General Summary


The Lead - ADM Pay Analyst supervises members of the ADM Pay Analyst team and provides support related to Pay process for Short-Term Disability, Pregnancy/Maternity, Paid Parental and other paid leave types that customers may be eligible for. This role serves as a point of contact for case escalations, payroll and claim concerns and any monetary adjustments needed.

The caregiver must be sufficiently fluent in the English language to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position. The degree of fluency required will vary depending upon the nature of the position.

For direct patient care roles: Performs and maintains currency of essential competencies as required by specific area of hire and populations served.


What will you be responsible for?
• Leads a team of ADM Pay Analysts
• Works on underpayment/overpayment audit reports.
• Designs, develops and provides interpretation of financial auditing practices as it relates to leave of absence and paid leave claims.
• Ensures accuracy of pay audits performed by ADM Pay Analysts
• Identifies and advises ADM leadership of trends and opportunities and recommends course of action.
• Informs leadership of new procedures necessary and ideas for continuous process improvement.
• Collaborates with leadership on operations and other projects.
• Provides direct reports with support, constructive feedback, coaching/mentoring and development in an inclusive manner.
• Reconcile complex discrepancies between payroll and ADM on pay issues, escalates matters as necessary to leadership while coordinating with other key stakeholders as necessary.
