An adtech startup backed by 2X entrepreneurs is looking for an AdEx/ DSP/ SSP expert to join them as a part-time consultant to lead the initial setup. This engagement can lead to CTO role with the startup post the PoC stage. The payment will be milestone based.
Experience track record needed:
1. Must have worked extensively in digital and programmatic ad exchanges for more than 5 years.
2. Excellent command of Google Monetization Platforms (Adsense/ Adex/ Admob/ Adword, etc).
3. Must have familiarity with both- the Sell side and the Buy side of the programmatic business for publisher traffic from Desktop, Mobile web, In-app sources, and ad formats like Banner, Native, Push, Video, Rewarded Video, CTV, and Pop.
4. Can understand digital media technicalities associated with CTV, DAI (SSAI), Programmatic Planning, Selling & Buying, SSP, DSP, open RTB, Ad Network, Ad Exchange, Ad Operations, Display, Video & Native Advertising, Header Bidding.
5. Hands on experience with publisher integration protocols like oRTB, VAST tag, JS tag, XML, Header Bidding or SDK, etc.
6. Hands on experience of Server-to-Server Discrepancy Analysis, Server Latency, compatibility with Open RTB requests and responses, Brand Safety & Whitelisting/Tracking tools, Campaign Trafficking and Delivery related activities.
7. Exposure of Bid level analysis, Lost bid opportunities, Conversions tracking, Report generation, Data Analysis and identification of inconsistencies/trends in performance, Report Consolidation, Pixel implementation and Audience Mapping.
Role deliverables:
1. Can scan the market and put together a Digital Ad Exchange using white label solutions in the market to get started with relevant SSP filters and publisher funnel integration protocols in place within a week\'s time. Can lead AdExchange\'s comprehensive testing for trial runs asap after that.
2. Can also suggest options for Private Market Place Deal setup for programmatic transactions.
3. Can apply plugins and security protocols on publisher feed to identify forged traffic data.
4. Can lead daily interactions with various publisher\'s tech team.
5. Can monitor SSP and DSP performance, and optimize the daily run rate.
