ROLE DETAILS:
Role Title - Program Manager - Strategy - CBC (Corporate Brand Custodian)

Reporting to: Group Head - CBC
Location: Ahmedabad
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Responsible to work across the organization and CBC function to gather, prioritize, manage, maintain, and collaborate with stakeholders and leaders and support Group Head - CBC in driving the initiatives and projects end to end.
Key Areas of Accountability
Supporting Actions
- Enhance and elevate effectiveness of Group Head - CBC
- Work with business leaders and stakeholders for tracking progress across key initiatives, plugging bottlenecks & expediting dependencies to ensure desired output within timelines.
- Plan various strategic meetings and Forums with various businesses on periodic intervals.
- Release Important Notification, Advisory, Newsletter form Group Head - CBC\'s Desk on various issues and initiatives.
Project management
- Collaborate and work with Group Head - CBC, leaders, and BU Comm SPOCs to prepare and prioritize the projects and initiatives across the communication and branding areas.
- Coordinate with senior management and stakeholders for meetings, planning, decision making, strategy development, audit, compliance, and budget preparation.
- Organize Quarterly reviews with relevant stakeholders to discuss progress on annual initiatives.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Create a cycle of reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and enable impactful discussions with all business leaders and CBC stakeholders to ensure the annual agenda is executed appropriately.
- Monitor various CBC related initiatives and projects, track achievements and present weekly and monthly trackers.
- Analyze the performance and trends and report any deviations from target plans.
- Prepare analysis/reports for various stakeholders - for instance Quarterly decks/ presentations for reviews with MD, Chairman and APEX.
Strategy & Excellence
- Perform research on industry, competitor trends and benchmarking study and share analysis with Group Head - CBC for taking initiatives and actions as desired.
- Drive analysis and compliance as per CBC policy to gain qualitative insights on current CBC initiatives and practices

- Ability to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders and leaders
- The incumbent would demonstrate the ability to drive results in an ambiguous environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
- The role requires great organizational skills, ability to find solutions to problems, juggle multiple requests, and identify ways to drive efficiency.
- A strong desire to solve problems and contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment
- Outlining progress on ongoing projects; tracking the deliverables & highlighting slippages from agreed timelines
- Handling escalations and relevant service requests
- Provide proactive support to Group Head - CBC in driving engagement initiative.
ROLEHOLDER REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: MBA / PGDM (Tier 1 / Tier 2) with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Experience:
- 6+ years of relevant experience as Program manager or Executive Assistant to senior leader
- Consulting / Strategy experience is preferred.
- This is a hands-on role, and the ideal candidate must be a self-starter, move fast, dive deep, and get things done.
- Anticipating and planning for changes, and the ability to stay organized while helping senior management.
