Ad Performance Reporting Analyst Key Responsibilities: Create and distribute reporting on key performance indicators on a daily / weekly / monthly basis. Generate excel / BI tool models to monitor and optimize daily marketing performance across channels like Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and blend with data from Salesforce and Marketo Extract, transform and blend data from multiple sources to create datasets on which models are built and research is conducted. Assist the Marketing team by providing pacing reports daily which help them better optimize delivery and hit their delivery goals on time. Provide business insights on all KPIs. Automate manual excel reports or move them to other business intelligence tools to increase efficiency and add value. Requirements: Must have Technical Skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Analytical abilities; Data visualization. Must have Non-Technical Skill Strong attention to detail; Good communication skills; Team Player; Email etiquette; Excellent presentation skills Innovative and creative thinking. Good to have Technical Non-Technical Skills Statistical Knowledge; Online Advertising; Digital Media functions; Data Modelling basics.
