This company was built for Content Creators and Publishing Companies to efficiently value their inventory. This can be achieved via their Programmatic + Agency Demand. They made a platform for marketers to easily access all Media Platforms across all screens without the hassle by enabling a Plug & Play system.

Publishers get quick access to world\xe2\x80\x99s leading Demand Sources to get the value they are looking for. Their main goal is to create an advertising ecosystem which is innovative and transparent for both sides.

Job Position: Ad operations Specialist (Programmatic Ads)

Products & Services: Ads Operations

Experience: Freshers to 3 years can apply

Location: Ahmadabad

Qualification: Mass Communication with more than 60%

CTC: 2-4.5 LPA depending on the candidature

Gender: Any

Office Timing: 12:30 pm to 8 pm (Flexible 8 hours)

Working Days: Mon to Friday (Work from Office) (5 days working)

Job Requirement:

• Hands on experience of various banner and video ad serving platforms like Double click For Publisher (DFP), Ad Kernel, Revive Ad server, OpenX etc.
• Setting up programmatic campaigns and revenue optimization constantly.
• Monitor all ad networks and provide periodic data pointers in order to optimize available inventory.
• Liaison with external and internal stakeholders while integrating new networks and troubleshoot as and when needed.
• Act as a support to Ad Ops team if needed.
• Extract and analyse from online tools and present it to the management in simple formats
• Reconcile all campaign related reports.

• Periodic update to the management on performance of various platforms in terms of traffic and revenues, including forecasting basis data available.
• Track performance of campaigns on site by sections and ad properties.
• Coordinating with Product and Tech teams on optimizing new ad spots and possible new integrations.
• Validate and reconcile external i.e., third party reports from time to time.

Ideal Candidate:

• Thorough Knowledge of various Digital Ad Serving platforms i.e. Double Click For Publisher (DFP), Ad Kernel, Revive Ad server, OpenX etc.
• Sound knowledge of ad tags and various creative type in digital advertising space.
• Decent knowledge of MS excels in order to help management with inventory performance analysis.
• Understanding of digital campaign cycles.
• Experience in handling external agencies and vendors
• 0-2 -year relevant experience in online advertising industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Qualification:

Minimum of a Bachelor degree Mass Communication/ BMM/ Mass Media/ Journalism

Fluent in English & Hindi.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Candidate should be willing to perform and deliver in a highly dynamic environment and in a small but fast-growing team.
