MCP/ International Vertical:xe2x97x8f Ensure that the Business Notes / PRDs are available on time from the respective owners to pick up for planning and executionxe2x97x8f Ensure a strong metrics focused approach is applied in the project planning and deliveryxe2x97x8f Ensure that the teams are updating project-tracking systems to provide visibility and transparency on the progressxe2x97x8f Highlight the risks, the schedule and effort variances as and when they occur and help the respective owners with enough insights to take informed decisionsxe2x97x8f Support the development / product managers and project leads as necessary during the entire process of planning through delivery (in terms of tooling and visibility)xe2x97x8f Possess excellent communication skills providing transparency and enabling information radiatorsxe2x97x8f Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the goalxe2x97x8f Facilitate discussions and conflict resolutions during planning meetings and other review / progress meetingsxe2x97x8f Effectively influence and communicate cross-functionallyxe2x97x8f Working with business teams at PayU to Deep dive on critical cross-border cohorts needed both for business opportunity identification and business reviews & evaluations - while maintaining the optimally consumable representation to internal stakeholders and teams.xe2x97x8f Work with internal stakeholders like / Data Science / Product / Engg to -xc2xb7 Review PG optimizationxc2xb7 SRT frameworkxe2x97x8f Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
