- Posting Location: Noida, India
- Use Analytics & BI tools to determine the root cause and production related issues.
- Work directly with reporting team to ensure on-going operational and new work complies with requirement, BI best practices, and standards.
- Knowledge and experience in Service Now.
- Drive and develop new scheduling & debugging jobs.
- Improve existing data designs and develop new pipelines.
- Experience in basic SQL execution and Unix shell scripting.
- Collaborate with multiple teams (data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders) to implement optimal solutions.
- Support business user questions about the data and provide documentation and training when and where necessary.
- Expertise in Analytics and BI solutions
- Experience in writing, tuning PL/SQL, and shell scripting
- Experience in Agile framework
- Knowledge and experience on Service Now
- Experience in Azure DevOps
