### Activity coordinator
#### Purpose of Role
Looking for a talented and motivated Activity Coordinator to create and plans activities, school events in various settings, Field trips and excursions. Typically, they oversee creating programs, staffing events, and supervising the implementation of activities.

Required:
• Graduate in any discipline.

• Should have a working knowledge of and interest in extracurricular activities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all managing all the activities like Music, Dance, Art & Craft and Theater
• Encouraging the team to keep on generating new ideas fosters their creative-thinking abilities.
• Building an environment for the creative team to work in and overseeing their ideas.
• Conduct team meetings/ providing substitutions
• Taking care of the hiring of the activities teachers and class allocations
• Ensure that the curriculum of the activities are prepared as per the guidelines and being followed.
• Responsible for coordinating & conducting all competition at various levels, selection of teams etc
• Responsible for coordinating all the events like Investiture, Independence Day, Republic Day, Teachers Day,
• Children Day, Sports Day and Annual Day etc.
• Coordination for the material required in the school events
• Maintaining the record keeping of students regarding their involvement and achievement in extracurricular activities competition.
• To foster an environment for all activities to run smoothly and in accordance with the rules and regulations
