•Agriculture, Farming and Activity Center • at Cherlapally

Looking for Male and female candidtes for above location.

•Responsibily for Male candidate •

At the farm

Timings : 8 am to 6.30 pm

Getting the work done from the workers at farm,

Supervise the student activity zone for Student and corporates.

Should posses good exposure in events coordinator

One off on weekdays

Need Ex service person or person worked with adventure resorts with good experience in climbing ropes and bridges and other activity related to advernture.

Adventure and farming experience.

Good communication (English, Hindi & Telugu) to handle operations and activity of students with safety and security.

Age: Maximum upto 43 yrs yrs

Timings : 8 am to 6 .30 pm

Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them

Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships

Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively

Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team

Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes

Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts

Approach potential customers to establish relationships

Gain solid knowledge of competitors

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager

Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices

Experience in sales or customer service is preferred

Problem-solving attitude

Excellent communication skills

Aptitude for fostering positive relationships

Teamwork and leadership skills

Customer-oriented mindset

BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar field
