: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Acrylic Fabricator to join our team at Illuminext. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality acrylic components used in our signage projects. This role requires hands-on expertise, precision, and a passion for working with acrylic materials to produce visually stunning and durable products. Key Responsibilities: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to fabricate acrylic components. Measure, cut, bend, and assemble acrylic sheets using tools like saws, heat guns, routers, and laser cutters. Ensure precise cutting, smooth edges, and seamless finishing for all acrylic products. Collaborate with designers and production teams to execute custom signage projects. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a safe and organized workspace. Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet design standards and client expectations. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as an acrylic fabricator or similar role in the signage or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of acrylic fabrication techniques, including cutting, bending, and gluing. Proficiency with tools such as CNC machines, laser cutters, and power tools. Attention to detail and ability to work with precision. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Basic understanding of safety protocols in a fabrication environment. Preferred: Familiarity with LED integration in acrylic signage. Experience working with other materials like metal or wood is a plus. Why Join Us?
