:Acquisition Manager-RL SALES-SalesJOB DESCRIPTIONJob Role: xe2x80xa2 Enhancement of Deposit pool from Customers xe2x80xa2 Establishing standards and delivery of service xe2x80xa2 Sale of non-deposit products. Cross selling targets progressively xe2x80xa2 Sale of MF and Insurance products xe2x80xa2 Fee Income xe2x80xa2 Branch Administration xe2x80xa2 Regulatory Compliance xe2x80xa2 Manage productivity and overall morale of branch team members xe2x80xa2 Overall responsible for break-even and P&L of branch Job Requirements: xe2x80xa2 Overall 6yrs of Banking experience; out of which 3-4yrs in Retail Liabilities xe2x80xa2 Must have had Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities products xe2x80xa2 Qualifications- MBA / CA/ CAIB xe2x80xa2 Good Leadership skills (though more tactical than strategic) xe2x80xa2 Thinker: Doer - 40:60 xe2x80xa2 In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes xe2x80xa2 Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer xe2x80x9cDELIGHTxe2x80x9d xe2x80xa2 Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
