Job Description
1. Responsible to own all the RPA Projects in Productions
2. Manage and maintain all RPA Projects in Live environment
3. Responsible to maintain RPA Inventory and the live status
4. Responsible to oversee all RPA Automations running smooth in Production
5. Responsible to evaluate Change Request for existing RPA Process and assign developer to deliver
6. Responsible to manage ACOE OPs Support team and their roaster plan to ensure 24*7*365 Support
7. Responsible for RPA License Management and Bot Optimization
8. Responsible for RPA Access, roles and User Management
9. Responsible for timly communication with Process SME and Other stakeholders
10.
