Position Summary :
The HVAC and AC Instructor will be responsible for teaching and training students in all aspects of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, effective teaching methods, and a passion for helping students develop their practical and theoretical skills in HVAC.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that align with the course curriculum.
• Teach students the fundamentals of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating and air conditioning units.
• Provide hands-on training in areas such as electrical systems, refrigerants, airflow measurement, and ductwork installation.
• Evaluate student progress through assessments, practical exams, and class participation.
• Ensure a safe and productive learning environment by teaching students to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and integrate new technologies and best practices into the curriculum.
• Provide one-on-one or group assistance to students when necessary to ensure their understanding of concepts.
• Collaborate with school administration and other instructors to improve the HVAC program and ensure student success.
• Maintain records of student performance, attendance, and other administrative tasks.
• Organize and supervise fieldwork or internships as part of the course curriculum.

Qualifications :

• Certification or diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.
• Prior teaching or training experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and emerging HVAC technologies.
• Patience and a commitment to helping students succeed in their vocational education.

Preferred Skills :

• Familiarity with HVAC software and tools used for system diagnostics and repairs.
• Experience in both residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Understanding of sustainable and energy-efficient HVAC practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
