About Fixail Care:

Fixail Care is a leading LG authorised service partner in the Koduvally region, Calicut. We are committed to providing exceptional repair services for all LG home appliances. We are looking for a skilled and experienced AC & Home Appliance Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in LG ACs and home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens etc.)
• Repair and service appliances using genuine LG spare parts
• Ensure repairs meet LG's quality standards and customer satisfaction guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service, effectively communicating repair needs, timelines, and costs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all safety regulations

Qualifications:

• ITI diploma or relevant experience in AC & Home Appliance repair
• Strong knowledge of LG products and repair procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven commitment to providing exceptional customer service
