Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, FICO, MM, and TALLY. As an Accounts Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions, developing training materials, and ensuring participants gain a thorough understanding of these systems. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the skills and competencies of our trainees, preparing them to excel in their accounting roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on SAP, FICO, MM, and TALLY for individuals and corporate clients.
• Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, modules, and documentation to ensure they are current and relevant.
• Assessment: Evaluate the progress and performance of trainees through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
• Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees, addressing any queries or challenges they may face during their learning journey.
• Customization: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and requirements of different client groups or individuals.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in accounting software and practices to incorporate into training programs.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications in SAP, FICO, MM, and TALLY are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in using SAP, FICO, MM, and TALLY. Previous training or teaching experience is an advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP, FICO, MM, and TALLY.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
